What Klarity does
Klarity is an AI platform that captures how work actually happens in your organization, structures it into a living map of your processes, and surfaces opportunities to improve. Instead of spending weeks manually documenting processes, you capture them in minutes — by working as you normally do, walking through a guided interview, or uploading existing recordings and documents.Your journey
Most teams move through Klarity in three stages. The documentation is organized the same way, so you can follow along in order.1
Discover
Capture your current state. Use Companion to record work as you do it, the AI Interviewer for a guided walkthrough, or upload existing videos and documents. The goal is an honest picture of how work happens today.

Structure
Organize what you captured into a Process Index — a multi-level map of your value streams, processes, and activities. This becomes your operational “digital twin” and the foundation for analysis. A useful way to frame your top-level value streams is by who they serve: customer-impacting streams (tied to revenue), employee streams (how you find, retain, and grow people), and enterprise streams (the shared services that keep the company running).

Improve
Use Advisor and AI Chat to query across your processes and find optimization opportunities — then act. Acting can mean prioritizing quick wins from an insights report, or designing the future: using Analyst and the Template Designer to produce future-state designs, BRDs, user stories, and change-management materials.

Fast first results
Your first process capture takes minutes, not weeks. Outputs are typically ready 5–10 minutes after a run.
Human in the loop
Klarity drafts; you refine. You review and edit captured processes and attributes so the final picture is accurate.
Built to scale
Start with one process, then grow to thousands. Advisor analyzes across your entire index once you have data captured.

In-app help, a support team, and (for many customers) an assigned Value Delivery lead are there to help.
