Rama Krishna Pagadala

Rama brings more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software engineering, and has overseen the building and delivery of products used by Fortune 500 companies across the globe. Prior to joining Klarity, he helped build and scale world-class engineering teams for top tier enterprises including Cisco and Microsoft, as well as cutting-edge startups like Strivr.

In his new role, Rama will be responsible for the development and delivery of all Klarity products and services while maintaining the level of quality that customers have come to expect and rely on. He will also oversee the growth and development of Klarity’s engineering organization through hiring, coaching and mentorship. Additionally, Rama will actively partner with customers in the development of new AI products and features to increase intelligent document processing.

Rama joins the company at a time of significant growth. Klarity has already eliminated painful, resource-intensive manual document review for some of the highest-growth SaaS companies across midmarket and enterprise, including Coupa, Intercom and 8x8. Klarity recently raised an $18M Series A round, and added longtime VMware executive Jim Lenox as VP of Worldwide Sales.

“Klarity is pushing the boundaries of the next generation of enterprise technologies like AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Optical Character Recognition to offer solutions that are easy for companies to adopt. The technical complexity of the platform, and the speed at which millions of documents need to be processed, means that continuous experimentation will be required to grow and expand the platform’s capabilities,” said Rama. “For any software engineer, it’s the challenge and opportunity of a lifetime.”
