Klarity Subprocessors (Automate)

AWS — Klarity's infrastructure is entirely hosted on AWS.

Asana — Klarity uses Asana to track customer feature requests and bug reports that often include personal data of customer employees who submitted such requests. Klarity does not store any contracts or other documents containing personal data in Asana.

Google — Klarity uses Google to communicate with customers and in its document processing pipeline.

Slack — Klarity uses Slack for customer support.

Klarity India — Klarity India is Klarity's fully-controlled subsidiary headquartered in Bangalore, India.

Microsoft — Klarity uses Microsoft Azure products in its document processing pipeline.

OpenAI — Klarity uses OpenAI products in its document processing pipeline.

Okta — Klarity uses Okta for Single Sign On (SSO) services.

Connor Group — Klarity uses Connor Group for advisory and technology services to support client's integrations and implementations, leveraging Klarity's or client's iPaaS solutions.

Gong — Klarity uses Gong to record calls.

Anthropic — Klarity uses Anthropic products in its document processing pipeline.

Superhuman — Klarity uses Superhuman for email management.

Linear — Klarity uses Linear products for software development.

Daily — Provides secure, real-time audio and video communication services used within our application.

WorkOS — Klarity uses WorkOS for Single Sign On (SSO) and authentication services.

Cartesia — Klarity uses Cartesia for text-to-speech voice synthesis within its product.

MongoDB — Klarity uses MongoDB's database hosted on AWS for persistent storage of data points extracted from documents.

Elastic — For customers who choose to use our optional analytics module, Klarity Analytics will be hosted on Elastic Cloud (using AWS for underlying storage). The data stored in Elastic Cloud will be limited to document and user attributes.

Workato — Workato's platform will help Klarity with integrations with third-party applications and will overall allow Klarity to improve Klarity's services.

Zoominfo — Klarity uses ZoomInfo's Chorus product to record calls.

Pinecone — Klarity uses Pinecone to store text embeddings vectors (sets of numbers that represent document text) as well as related document text and metadata.
