U.S. Public Referral Policy

Klarity Intelligence, Inc.

Klarity Intelligence, Inc. (“Klarity”) is building Adaptive Operations — the organizational system that helps companies evolve faster than their competition. To do that, we are looking for exceptional talent across every function. Our U.S. Public Referral Program is open to anyone. If you know someone who belongs at Klarity, introduce us. If we hire them and they thrive, we'll reward you for it.

Referral Bonus: $30,000 USD

Eligibility

You do not need to work at Klarity to participate. This Policy does not apply to Klarity employees — if you are a Klarity employee, please see the Referral Policy applicable to Klarity employees.

To be eligible for a Referral Bonus, the following criteria must be met:

  • You, the referrer, must be located in the United States;
  • You, the referrer, must not be a recruiting agency, executive search firm, or vendor acting in a professional capacity;
  • The candidate must not already be in Klarity's recruiting pipeline at time of submission. A candidate is considered ‘in Klarity's recruiting pipeline’ if the candidate has (a) an open or closed record in Klarity's applicant tracking system, (b) been contacted by a Klarity recruiter or hiring manager in the prior 12 months, or (c) previously applied to Klarity;
  • The candidate must enter into full-time employment at Klarity for a U.S.-based role and continue in such role for 90 days of continuous employment (“Eligibility Period”);
  • Only one referrer per candidate is eligible — first qualified submission wins. Timestamp on form submission is the tiebreaker.

There is no limit on referrals — if you refer 5 people and 3 are hired, you receive 3 bonuses.

Payment Mechanics

  • Paid within 30 days from completion of the Eligibility Period. The Referral Bonus is earned on the date the referred candidate completes the 90-day Eligibility Period. No bonus is earned or owing prior to that date.
  • W-9 required; bonus issued as a 1099.
  • You will be responsible for any taxes or other government charges associated with the Referral Bonus.

How to Submit a Referral

All referrals submitted through klarity.ai/referral/submit.

By submitting a referral, you represent that you have obtained the candidate's permission to share their contact information with Klarity.

Program Duration

This program runs on an ongoing basis with no expiration date. Klarity reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time with reasonable notice.

Klarity may deny a Referral Bonus if the referral was submitted in bad faith, involved misrepresentation of the candidate's identity, background, or independence, or otherwise violated the terms of this Policy. Klarity has final authority on all eligibility determinations.
